Dave Pflieger serves as the CEO of Silver Airways.  Silver Airways is a regional airline based out of Florida.  They operate nearly 200 flights a day from 40 different locations.  There ports include the Bahamas, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, New York, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.  The company is run by the Chicago investment firm, Victory Park Capital.

Silver is a young airline and came into existence on December 15th, 2011.  There colors are silver and charcoal gray because they emphasize the airline’s values of quality, professionalism, trust, and vibrancy.  They also use fuchsia which adds vibrancy and helps the airplanes stand out in the many different climates they fly in.  The logo was developed to resemble a spinning propeller blade like the ones used on the aircraft.

Dave Pflieger and the Silver Airways team primarily use the Saab 340Bplus aircraft.  The plan seats 34 people and is one of the most advanced turboprop aircraft used by airlines.  These Saab aircraft feature amazing fuel economy, comfortable seating, and amazing in cabin storage to help provide an amazing flying experience.  Silver Airways owns 25 of these Saab planes, the largest fleet in the US.

Silver Airways has a number of popular routes.  They fly to the Bahamas more than any other airline in the US.  Silver also operated several EAS (Essential Air Service) routes from Cleveland, OH to smaller communities in New York, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
