Business Aviation Brief: UND Aerospace School Breaks Ground On Research Center

The University of North Dakota John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Foundation last week held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new 66,000-sq.-ft. aerospace research center. The new Robin Hall will house the schools Unmanned Aircraft Systems Center of Excellence, along with a training and education center. It will also include classrooms, offices, aerospace simulation equipment and student gathering spaces. The school secured a $1 million state grant, as well as authorization to use up to $24.9 million from private donations or grants for the facility.
