Unmanned U.S. Navy Boats Can Protect And Swarm

A technological breakthrough will allow any unmanned surface vehicle (USV) to not only protect U.S. Navy ships, but also, for the first time, autonomously “swarm” offensively on hostile vessels, according to the Office of Naval Research (ONR).
