Tigerair Taiwan Plans Immediate Expansion

Tigearair Taiwan, the newest offshoot of Singapore-based Tigerair Holdings, is looking to expand its routes into Thailand and China in the near future.

The carrier opened its first route from Taipei to Singapore in late September, but is already planning to add at least two more destinations. It aims to launch flights from Taipei to Thailand’s Bangkok and Chang Mai around the middle of November, a Tigerair Taiwan spokesperson tells Aviation Week.
